Do I provide my dog's food during their stay? 

Yes. You will provide the food you wish to be given to your dog, along with preferred feeding times and amounts. Bowls will be provided by Unleashed.

Are drop off & collection times flexible?

There is flexibility here. However, upon booking we will arrange both a drop off and collection time for your dog. Please note that walks and other collections/drop off's are arranged around these times and so once they're arranged they must be adhered to. Should you be late to drop off or collection you must let the boarding establishment know as soon as possible and provide a new ETA. Should this occur, you may be charged an additional fee. In addition, you may also miss your slot and another one provided.

Are dogs allowed on your furniture?

Yes, sofa cuddles are encouraged and dogs are allowed on beds etc. If this is not allowed at home, it will still be allowed at the boarding establishment. Beds and blankets are always accessible to dogs on the floor should they prefer.

Can I request that my dog is kept on a lead?

Unfortunately, I only accept dogs I can let off  leash on their walks. This is always in a safe open space such as the meadows or the woods, however, these places are not enclosed. There are a number of reasons for this but it is something you'll need to give permission for. If you wish to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Are you licensed and insured?

I am both. My licence is issued by Cheshire West & Chester (CWAC) and I'm privately insured also. Further details can be given if needed.

How does payment work?

You will be invoiced upon booking. You will be asked to make a non-refundable £20 deposit which shall be taken from your final amount due. Payment is due 14 days prior to the start of your booking, this date will be discussed with you upon booking and will be displayed on the invoice also. (if this falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, it will be due the last working day beforehand). Please note that without payment of a deposit, and a fully completed and returned registration form your booking is not secure and you may  lose your place.

What if I need to cancel?
 

Full refund available if booking cancelled minimum of fourteen days prior to start of booking. Should your booking be cancelled by yourself within fourteen days of the start of booking, a 50% refund will be given. Please note that Unleashed Dog Sitting is not obligated to move your booking to another date should you cancel, although this may be offered at our discretion.

Will I receive updates throughout my dog's stay?

Photo's and videos are uploaded daily to Instagram and Facebook. If you don't use either of these platforms, not to worry, they're linked to the 'Gallery' page on this website so you can check it as often as you like. Although I won't be reachable 24/7, you are also welcome to message/email/whatsapp etc and check in whenever you like. Kindly note that messages received after 6pm, or on a Sunday may be replied to the next working day even if your dog is with me. If you don't hear back from me instantly, please don't message on additional platforms as this will not ensure you receive a response any quicker and may even push you to the bottom of the list as earlier messages are answered first.

It's worth baring in mind that while your dog is with me, they're treated as a part of the family. Although a professional boarding establishment, this is not a kennel enviroment and we are not all about the business side of things. Dog's are integrated into the family and taken along to local cafe's, out for meals, days out etc swell as all their usual walks so there may be days where we are 'out of office' for admin purposes, but having a ball of fun with your little one, which is why it's a good idea to check the social media channels or 'Gallery'page for updates first.

If ever there was an emergency, you would be contacted (unless you've asked not to be) so remember 'no news  is good news'.
